Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Quickstall, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, platform policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Quickstall, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian permission, provide accurate registration information, and maintain the security of your account credentials.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding passwords, activities performed under their account, and ensuring all information provided is accurate. Quickstall is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
4. Store Ownership
Each store created on Quickstall belongs to the registered account owner. Store owners are responsible for products listed, product descriptions, pricing accuracy, customer communication, and order fulfillment.
5. Prohibited Products & Activities
Users may NOT sell or promote illegal products, counterfeit goods, stolen items, weapons or firearms, drugs or controlled substances, fraudulent services, adult or explicit content, or harmful and dangerous products. Quickstall reserves the right to suspend or remove violating stores immediately.
Payment Policy
7. Payment Processing
Quickstall uses Paystack for secure payment processing. When customers make payments, they are processed securely, transactions are verified server-side, and pickup verification codes are generated automatically. Quickstall does not store raw payment card information.
8. Platform Transaction Fees
Quickstall deducts a small service fee from successful transactions. Fees include platform commission (2%) and payment processing charges. Applicable fees are displayed to sellers before or during transactions.
9. Seller Payouts
Seller payouts are processed to the verified bank account provided during store setup. Payout timing may depend on payment verification, pickup confirmation, fraud checks, and banking processing times.
Refund Policy
10. Store Subscription Refunds
Store creation fees and subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a store has been created or activated. Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments, billing errors, or technical failures caused by Quickstall. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
11. Product Purchase Refunds
Quickstall acts as a commerce platform connecting buyers and sellers. Refund responsibility for products belongs primarily to the individual store owner unless otherwise required by law. Customers should contact the seller directly regarding damaged products, incorrect items, or order disputes.
Privacy Policy
15. Information Collection
Quickstall may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, bank information, transaction records, and device/browser data. This information is used for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
16. Data Protection
Quickstall uses reasonable security measures to protect user information. Sensitive information such as banking details is securely processed and protected. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
17. Third-Party Services
Quickstall integrates with third-party services including Paystack, hosting providers, analytics providers, and authentication systems. Use of these services may be subject to their individual policies.
